The early part of my career as an educator provided me the background in curriculum and training design which allowed me to develop, lead and manage many of the training programs delivered to clients. Additionally, I have extensive experience in operating national career transition centers for clients from 50 to 200 candidates in financial services, chemical, R&D, and manufacturing. The professional path leading to an extensive career with Ratliff and Taylor came from OfficeMax Incorporated where I developed and managed corporate and field training programs, and handled communications for over 1000 locations. I take great pride in pioneering the development and implementation of a corporate training university, and also worked on the training efforts for the launch of global locations in Mexico and Japan. Prior experience was with Xerox Corporation in sales, marketing and training and I was a graduate of the renowned Xerox University which is noted as one of the top sales and marketing programs.
